My big question: How can we reduce poverty?

poverty: state of being extremely poor

-poverty isn’t just something third world countries deal with, however the state they’re in is much more severe compared to first world countries

causes of poverty

• inadequate access to clean water and nutritious food
• little to no access to jobs
• conflicts (ex. war, protests, etc.)
• poor education
• limited help from government

Ways to help

Helping doesn’t always mean donating, spreading the word around a certain issue on social platforms (such as Instagram, FaceBook etc.) help spread awareness.
