If you could pick one teacher to do the work they assign, who would it be? why?

A teacher I would do the work they assign would be my physics teacher. Although physics is my love or hate subject, the lessons are good to learn about. When I understand the topics and know how to do the problems, I feel proud of myself. The projects we did were fun while they lasted even though some left me frustrated, it was a great experience. 

What do you think is easier-- doing something well or teaching someone else to do it? Why?

I'd say teaching someone else to do something would be easier since you have enough knowledge/skill to guide another person. If you're good at something, teaching someone else will pass down skills that they can cherish for the rest of their lives and build on it.
