Murder Just Because

Something that can motivate a peaceful, kind person to murder is if they're doing it to protect themselves or others. In real life there are innocent victims facing deadly situations where the only thought on their mind is "how do I get out of this alive?" They either endure it or do something that will put an end to their traumatizing situation quickly. I believe that murder is justified when the victim(s) is/are doing it in the act of defense. Although I'm aware there are cases where a "victim" will set up the person being portrayed as the murderer.
