the first 50 pages

The book I am currently reading is The Assassin Game by Kristy McKay. So far this thriller book has had me anticipating what will occur next. From the very first page, action already began to unfold. It intrigued me that the book didn't start off with an introduction to the character, but instead a kidnapping scene. Although I am still trying to understand the concept of the game being played. From the synopsis (summary of the plot) there is a "Killer" and the members of this elite society must "avoid being 'Killed' during a series of thrilling pranks." I'm wondering if things will get out of hand and an actual death will occur as the plot unfolds.
