Today's Argument

In class today, I started an argument with the use of ethos. The topic of the argument was, between cats and dogs which is better? I chose ethos since I have my own experience with both animals. In my household, we have a one year old housecat and a nine-year old shih-tzu. I do love both of them however, I find that dogs are better since they are more obedient and are less likely to scratch the furniture around the house. Not only does taking dogs out for a walk avoid having a odorful home, you also receive exercise! Cats on the other hand, have litter boxes and it gets messy when they're done doing their business.
